...for this season is surely one to celebrate. As we begin this season, let the word of the days to come, be that of L O V E....so much is needed in our world at this time and even when it is hardest and you are strained to the breaking point, L O V E should be the word you seek.
The energies that are upon us now and the forthcoming weeks is a peaceful and calming energy. Everything is in divine order during this Holiday Season...the year has brought many twists and turns...and now the road traveled is opening up and becoming less tumultuous. You probably feel as though you are not stressed as much as in years past...there is no reason to be...for now you realize after all those stressful Holidays of trying to make everything "around" you perfect....it does not matter that what is around you, is perfect...it only matters what is inside the heart, that matters. It is the heart that sees and feels...for dearly beloveds, if you are happy and grateful and resonate that joy and gratitude to those around you...then it does not matter what surrounding you are in....
Joy and Love will always prevail!
As we reflect back over the year...this has been a year of great change....things that at one time were so very important and strived for...truly took a back seat to what was truly more important...and that was finding our new paths in an ever-changing energy filled world. Learning to work with energy is truly an amazing feat...it really is a like a very well oiled machine...as energy moves through and around us . . . our reactions are the answers to what we feel.
Recently, I have heard from several people that they are suffering from vertigo, headaches, nausea, throat problems...(dizziness) this is merely a fine tuning of your energy centers. When we are fine tuning and our bodies are accepting more energies, we experience maladys such as this. Several have broken out with rashes and complexion problems, these are the releasing of toxins in the body...and trust me, you want all the toxins out of your body....bless these outbreaks...you will find they are not nearly as bad.

As noticed in recent weeks ...several friends are leaving us to go on to do their special work.
The past year has been one of many passings and as hard as it is for us to lose someone near and dear to us...our loved ones as they pass on are always, always, always.... just a thought away. They never leave us...their bodies leave us...and with the new energies on earth, we truly need to realize that those that have chosen to continue their essences through spirit ..... are ALWAYS here with us.
These beautiful spirits have chosen to continue their work on another level...
these wonderful spirits become our thoughts, our angels
so as we mourn the loss of the physicality of the body,
we should CELEBRATE
Their Beauty,
their Soul Purpose and sharing it with you and all of us!
We choose our life purposes, we choose when to come and when to leave.
We choose those loved ones that are in our lives * We learn lessons
We come again to learn more!

the releases are much less...truly they are!

When we are fearful and show anxiety, we create more of what it is that is fearful to us...if you allow and "go with the flow" of what is happening to you and your body during these energy shifts....

on another note:
this Holiday Season...reach out...make a pact with yourself...promise yourself to do something nice for someone you don't know...someone that would least expect it....when I think of this...the people that I think about and will do something for are the Salvation Army Bell Ringers...they stand there for hours on end ringing their bells to remind us to give to those less fortunate during the holidays....but, does anyone think of them .... I am sure it would be a pleasant surprise to them if you strolled up with an extra cup of coffee or hot cocoa.... you know a sandwich or candy bar....just a little something to say "Thank You"....
...when you go grocery shopping...maybe buying a few extra pieces of fruit and nuts...surely you have an unused basket or gift bag that you could fill with these extra fruits...drop it off to a neighbor that you notice might be elderly or incapacitated in some way...drop it off at a Rest Home...I am sure it will be appreciated!
Here are some ideas for sharing with others...
warm winter coats fruits and nuts baked goodies / store bought goodies sweaters that have not been used in ages shoes/boots/rain-snow boots...that have been tucked away somewhere for "next year" old toys...new toys (do you really need that nail job this week) (big hug and grins) books for people of all ages homemade crafts blankets that might be a little less than perfect blankets that are perfect cases of water...yes..sometimes that is a luxury stamps for those who don't always get to the P.O. yarn...yes old yarn dropped off to a Retirement Center...I'll betcha a million...it would get used...better yet, dropped off at a Hospital Auxiliary office...those wonderful volunteers that make things for people in the Hospital (I still have the little bright orange beanie that they put on my new baby boy...16 years ago) any old craft goodies....fabric/glues/sequins/pins/ (You KNOW you have an old stash) babysitting for a young mother Have the kids make cookies...share with others....
It is not about money...the media and all commercialism make it about $$....but, the gifts from the HEART are by far the most endearing!! Ask anyone...the gifts that come from your heart are the ones that are remembered most!!

I know we sometimes are made to feel guilty during the Holidays to give to charity...
I ask you...give to a charity that sends 100% of the $$ directly to the needs of the people.
Do your homework...if they have more administrative costs than $$ for those that need it...then you know that it is NOT a place to send your hard earned $$!
I know from years past...we all have a hesitation when it comes to walking up to perfect strangers to do something nice...and that fear is rejection....but, what you need to understand...is YOU are the one with this feeling...not your intended friend...and yes, sometimes your generosity might not be welcomed....BUT (big BUT here)...this is very rare...very rare indeed, so if for some reason this should happen...do NOT be discouraged...keep on keeping on...keep giving... there are far more needy friends than you could ever imagine....and your heartstrings should reach as many as you can!!
It is time to bring J O Y...back....and the best JOY is that of giving from the heart to others. I am sure you can think of several people that could use a little uplifting during this Holiday Season....remember...
the MAGIC begins in YOUR HEART.....
Start a new TRADITION this year....create MAGICAL MOMENTS.....let them happen daily....throughout the year!
Never forget your POWER .... you were given these powers for a reason....use them wholeHEARTedly...
When we wake up and realize how HUGE and POWERFUL our essences truly are....YOU ARE UNSTOPPABLE...this my dear friends I cannot elaborate on enough....and truly, if we all used this POWER within...Mother Earth would glow from all the LOVE and JOY that YOU create...as we all create we are all ONE....you know what happens when you add a light to an already lit light...it only becomes brighter...so imagine if everyone lit their Love-Light...it only shines brighter and brighter...
Use this seasons to create new Traditions....we are living in a New World...a new outlook for a New World is reaching out and helping others....reaching out and creating bonds with other neighbors and nations...it is time for PEACE, LOVE and JOY...EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD...not just at the Holidays, however, a very nice place to begin....

we are all ONE... that is the gift of God... we are all gifts ... we are all God ...packages in different colors and shapes....
