~Your Personal Power(s)~

ever have one of those days that nothing is going right?
I mean a really bad day.....
wellll..........
I have found on those days that are seemingly not good
(probably for some, an understatement)
We give our POWER Away!

try and picture this
within your immediate body area there is an energy space
yep, alot of activity going on....
imagine a flow of energy, beautiful electric blue,
just resonating around your bod...
just like a river...flowing, flowing...you are Happy...everything is going Beautifully....you are in sync

then someone walks in the room....
and starts screaming at the top of their lungs
that they are pissed off at you....how dare you, shame on you, how could you, you did this, you did that

now imagine this is what just happened to YOUR FLOW, Your Energy ...

DAM in the RIVER,
HALT the Flow,
Call out the Coast Gaurd, the ship is going down.....
the eyes are welling up with tears....insides are aching, feelings hurt,
the thought of striking back ...that's when you LISTEN......a n d

STOP
(IF you say another  word)
you just gave your
POWER   AWAY!!

when you allow someone to enter your energy space,
you give them YOUR POWER

say that again......

when YOU allow someone to enter 

YOUR SPACE

 you give them

YOUR POWER

...that's right....
you have just given them the Power to HURT and ABUSE 
YOU and YOUR SPACE!!!

NOW....and I know it sounds easier said than done...
but, with practice and diligence....trust me, you will master this!

This is

YOUR  DIVINE POWER

more powerful than you could ever imagine...and it is

ALL...Right There.....right there in Y O U 

Person comes in running off with the mouth about all the things they "think" you did to them,
or said about them or whatever.....
LISTEN to them...acknowledge their anger...
BUT, big BUT.....
do NOT retaliate back at them...
do not spew uglies back, don't get violent or copy what they just did to you.....
acknowledge their pain, but, don't let them DAM YOUR FLOW

**here is the lesson**
The reason they did what they did to you
is because someone other than you,
took away THEIR Power....
and you My Dear Friend, were the
recipient of their Power Loss.

you can make choices

What is waiting for YOU

is YOUR World just as you imagine it
yep
it's ALL yours for the ASKING
The hardest task for all of us to learn....is to LISTEN
LISTEN TO YOU

if we LISTEN to our Hearts,
if we LISTEN to our Higher Self,
if you just take the moments
to listen to what your heart is telling you
and apply it outside....
You Create your Reality...

we have been conditioned to give our powers away

if you buy this, you get this
if you do this, this will happen

~NO~ NO~ NO~

STOP

ALL you are Doing...
firstly, is getting Poorer if you are buying something

that supposedly enhances You in someway

but, more importantly
YOU are giving away YOUR POWER

sometimes we fear change, we are held in places that we cannot leave because we are afraid to change or afraid of what's out "there"

When you stay in a place guided by Fear, you are a Prisoner,
if you listen to your heart and you know that you should leave or find change...
YOU KNOW
I have touched on this before...your Higher Self
ALWAYS
lets you know...

how you ask,
if you are not in tune to your Higher Self?

you know that tummy ache that won't go away?
Or those endless headaches?
or that "I just don't feel good" feeling?
(dis)-ease...

and you thought it was hereditary or genetic?

Those my friends, are energy blocks...yep
your electric blue energy space...has a block in it...your energy space is not in the FLOW...
as soon as the block is removed....meaning when you make change to that part of you that needs change, your Flow starts moving again.

you know you can try any of this to see just how it works.....
get pissed off...I mean really pissed off

do you feel the difference in your body?
is your heart beating really fast and hard?
(gee, do you think this is healthy?)
or you start crying and your nose gets all stuffed up and you get a headache....(not fun)
my point here is....

when you allow fear, anger or violence into your space, your energy flow....

WHO ultimately suffers?
Y O U
not the guy that did it to you....
heck, they probably take great pleasure in watching you squirm or react to their attack!
